Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Kasota Labs, LLC. By accessing or using PackMe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PackMe.
What PackMe provides
PackMe helps organize trip information and generate personalized packing and preparation suggestions. Features may include itinerary analysis, weather context, traveler and pet profiles, reminders, saved trip history, and preference memory.
AI and travel information
PackMe uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing all guidance and making your own travel decisions.
PackMe is not a medical provider, emergency-alert service, airline, travel agent, insurer, immigration adviser, or official weather authority. Confirm medication needs, severe-weather alerts, travel documents, baggage rules, transportation changes, and destination requirements with qualified or official sources.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and safeguard access to your email and device. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the trip details, documents, photos, feedback, and other content you provide. You grant Kasota Labs a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve PackMe.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use PackMe for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security or access another person's data.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.
- Use PackMe output as a substitute for emergency or professional advice.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of notifications, or preservation of every draft or external data source.
Fees
Any price shown in the App Store applies at the time of purchase. If paid features or subscriptions are offered in the future, their terms and price will be disclosed before purchase. Apple may process payments and refunds under its own terms.
Intellectual property
PackMe, its software, brand, design, and service content are owned by Kasota Labs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not grant you ownership of PackMe or permission to use our marks except as necessary to use the service.
Termination
You may stop using PackMe or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or protect the service.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasota Labs, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, travel costs, or opportunities arising from PackMe. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
